Some members from our Livestock team recently attended the Teagasc Broiler Conference, held in the Hillgrove hotel in Monaghan on the 14th October and the Longcourt hotel in Limerick on the 16th.

JF McKenna had the privilege of contributing to vital discussions shaping the future of poultry farming. A member of our dedicated team hosted an insightful discussion on the basics of good ventilation, focusing on how proper airflow enhances broiler performance and optimizes litter management. This practical and informative discussion highlighted key strategies to support healthier flocks and improved outcomes for farmers.

Additionally, we joined our trusted partners at Vencomatic for a thought-provoking panel discussion on heat exchangers. Together, we explored the role of innovative technology in improving energy efficiency and maintaining optimal environmental conditions for poultry houses.
